Many business owners ask me one simple question: which is the best SEO company in Ahmedabad? Honestly, it is not an easy choice. Ahmedabad has a lot of SEO agencies, and Clutch alone lists 773 SEO companies in the city. In this blog I will share my top 3 picks with their ratings, pricing, pros and cons, and a summary of what real clients say in their reviews. I also checked what local people are saying on Reddit. One honest thing first: I started my own SEO career at one of these companies, and I will tell you that story below. So lets start.

Elsner is one of the oldest names in Ahmedabad’s IT scene. It was started in 2006 by Harshal Shah, and the head office is at World Center, Ashram Road, Navrangpura. As per their Clutch profile, they have 250+ experts and have done more then 9,500 projects for 6,200+ clients around the world.
Elsner is not only an SEO agency. They are very strong in Magento, Shopify and WordPress development, so their SEO team does a lot of ecommerce SEO, technical SEO and on-page work. Their AI SEO plans include keyword research, backlink analysis, local business profiles and monthly SEO reports. They even include GEO, which helps your brand show up in AI answers. Elsner has 4.8 out of 5 on Clutch from 85 reviews. Quality and cost both got 4.8, and schedule got 4.7. The words clients use most for them are timely (31 times) and communicative (19 times). For SEO work, 8 out of 9 SEO reviews are 5 stars. One building sustainability consultancy from Sydney said that after Elsner’s SEO work, they rank on the first page for most of their keywords.
But it is not all perfect. Clutch says some clients faced project delays, and in the last six months one CEO was unhappy with communication and stopped the work. On Reddit’s r/ahmedabad also, one local person described Elsner as a development and ecommerce focused company. They said it is strong if you want website or Shopify work together with SEO.

Here is something many people don’t know. Today Uplers mainly works as a hiring platform that helps global companies hire talent from India. Their digital marketing team now runs under a sister brand called Mavlers. So if you contact them for SEO, you will most likely work with the Mavlers team. Mavlers has its own Clutch profile with 4.9 from 118 reviews. Their fixed SEO packages start from $500, and their local SEO plan is $725.
I think Uplers (Mavlers) is a good choice for brands who want SEO, Google Ads and email marketing from one big team. As per the Mavlers announcement, they work with both brands and other agencies.

Uplers has 4.8 on Clutch from 127 reviews. Schedule got 4.9, and quality, cost and willingness to refer all got 4.8. Clients most often call them timely (43 times), communicative (37 times) and high quality (30 times). For SEO, 14 out of 21 SEO reviews are 5 stars. A cloud consulting company from the UK said their search traffic grew a lot and some keywords moved into the top 3 places.
On the other hand, some clients felt the service changed when their team members changed. One client from Munich also asked for better project documentation, so handovers become easier.
3. Thanksweb Marketing Pvt Ltd
Thanksweb is the smallest of these three, but it is the most SEO focused. They started in 2016 as an SEO agency in Ahmedabad, and their office is at Ganesh Glory 11, Jagatpur Road, off SG Highway. As per their Clutch profile, 40% of their work is SEO. Their CEO Gaurav is very hands-on, and clients even mention him by name in reviews.
Their website says they have worked with 1000+ clients. They offer local SEO, ecommerce SEO, technical SEO, AI SEO and white label SEO. One thing I really like is that they say there are no locked SEO contracts. Their own FAQ also says ranking on page 1 can take 2 to 8 months. I think this is honest, because SEO never works overnight.

Thanksweb has 4.9 on Clutch, but from only 4 reviews. Quality got 5.0, schedule 4.9 and cost 4.8. A pharma visual aid company from Ahmedabad first took a one month free SEO trial, and later said they rank first for all their keywords. Zydus Healthcare Dubai said they started getting more patients after the SEO and digital marketing work. Their website also shows a 4.9 rating from Google Reviews.
One small note from my side. One of these 4 Clutch reviews is from Patient On Click, and Thanksweb shows Patient On Click as one of its own group companies on its website. So I would give that review a little less weight.
As you can see in this chart, a 4.9 from 4 reviews is not the same as a 4.8 from 127 reviews. More reviews means you can trust the rating more.
What People on Reddit Say
I also checked what people are saying on r/ahmedabad. These are small, personal opinions, but I found them useful:
- One person suggested ShoutnHike (4.6 on Clutch) or Elsner if you need SEO and ads. For creative and strategy along with SEO, the same person suggested Social Sherpa or Litmus.
